**Reference Sire** Hawkeye Classic was a finished family ranch horse, our young daughters gathered and roped cattle on him. He left us 17 foal crops. We have 20 of his mares in our mare band. Hawkeye Classic's sire was Dandy Seeker, a Superior Halter Horse. His dam was Classy Mount a paternal granddaughter of Two Eyed Jack, an AQHA Champion, Superior Halter Horse. Classy Mount was also the maternal granddaughter of Barry Pat Star, an AQHA Champion, Superior Halter Horse. Dandy Seeker's sire was Goldseeker Bars, an AQHA Supreme Champion, SI 95; son of Three Bars. Dandy Seeker's dam was Dixie Suwanee being 37 1/2 % Joe Reed II. Dandy Seeker was on the AQHA leading sire of youth horses for many years and Classy Mount was also a youth horse. Hawkeye Classic was royally bred to be a performance horse with eye appeal and he proved that on the ranch and as a sire.
